ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions at our sole discretion. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as we can. All orders within Singapore will be mailed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept PayPal payments (which includes Debit and Credit Card)for both Singapore and International payments.

We also accept payment via Internet Banking and ATM Bank Transfers for Singapore Shoppers.

For Internet Banking and ATM transactions, please ensure that payment must be made and notified to us within 24 hours after the issue of the order invoice. Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if payment is not received within the stipulated time frame.
