Products, features, content and prices described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time at our discretion. Measurement discrepancies of ± 1" are not deemed as defect. While we make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, color of the product may differ slightly due to the calibration of your computer system.

DEFECT / EXCHANGE

We at .Shi aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Therefore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We have a 7 days return policy for local orders and 14 days for international orders from the order dispatched date. Although we do not issue cash refunds, we are happy to offer you an exchange or voucher equivalent to your order amount. All exchanges are final and further requests will be turned down.

In an unfortunate event that you have received a defected or incorrect item, please do contact us at joy@shi.boutique and we will in our best effort resolve it as quickly as possible. We will reimburse normal postage cost for defected returns.

All returns must meet the following criteria

  • Items must be returned in the original, new, unused with labels intact
  • We do not accept items that have been washed, altered, worn or damaged
  • If the merchandise meets all criteria, please contact us at joy@shi.boutique within 7 working days for local orders and 14 working days for international orders from the order dispatched date. We will get in touch with you within 1-3 working days and advise you what's next. Requests for exchanges will be rejected after the stipulated period.

    Returns or exchanges for merchandise bought from third party merchants are not accepted.

    RETURNS PROCEDURE

    For each eligible item return, we would like to suggest sending via a traceable delivery service such as registered mail as we will not be able to process the return in the event of a lost mail.Although we will not be liable for lost mails, we can assist you with lost mails sent via registered mail.

    Once we have received your returned item, we will verify it and send you a notification email on the outcome. Upon approval, we will mail the item and send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. To ensure that your effort is worth the wait, all exchanges will be sent via traceable delivery.

    Please do note that exchanges are subjected to stock availability.

    POSTAGE / SHIPPING FEES

  • For local and international returns mailed to us, postage fees are borne by you
  • For local exchange mailed from us,we will bear the cost
  • For international exchange items mailed from us,shipping fees are borne by you
  • Local defect returns,we will bear the normal postage cost
  • International defect returns mailed to us,shipping fees are borne by you
  • International defect returns mailed from us,we will bear the cost
  • Local incorrect item delivery, we will reimburse postage fees and bear the cost
  • International incorrect item delivery,we will bear the cost and mail you the correct item
